Designing Data-Intensive Applications

You have 200 open tabs. How many did you close knowing what was in them?

Bookmarks become graveyards

Link saved, never revisited. The intention was good — the content was forgotten.

Tags you always forget to apply

Manual organization demands discipline you don't have when you're consuming content.

Insights lost between sessions

You read today, connected it with something from yesterday — and tomorrow you don't remember the link.

How it works

01

Paste

Article, video, podcast, book. Paste the link and move on.

02

AI processes

Extracts content, summarizes and indexes semantically in seconds.

03

Connects

Clusters emerge automatically by theme. Graph shows how ideas relate. Search finds by meaning, not by word.

For people who learn every day — without time to organize

Tech professionals

Stack changes every week. You read 5 articles, save 10. Knolio gives you the map of what you consumed.

"Zero organization effort."

Researchers and students

Papers, lecture videos, podcasts. Everything linked by theme, no manual tags.

"The graph shows what you already know."

Knowledge workers

Management articles, frameworks, cases. Knolio gives you the history of what shaped your thinking.

"Retrieve the right context at the right time."

Works today. Expands tomorrow.

FAQ

What's the difference from Pocket, Readwise or Notion?

Pocket saves links but doesn't connect them. Readwise focuses on reading highlights. Notion requires manual organization. Knolio captures any link, automatically extracts content and reveals connections across everything you consume — no writing, tagging or organizing required.

Does it work with YouTube and podcasts?

For articles and web pages, extraction is complete — title, content, summary and embeddings. For YouTube videos and podcasts, we start with metadata (title, description, channel). Transcripts and audio extraction are on the roadmap.

Are my bookmarks private?

Yes. Only you see your bookmarks. Shareable profile is a future feature and will always be opt-in — you decide what to show.

How much will it cost?

Likely freemium — basic use free, advanced features paid. Model not yet defined. Waitlist members will get early access and special launch pricing.

Can I export my data?

Yes. JSON export will be available in the MVP. Additional formats (Markdown, CSV) come in the roadmap. Your data is yours.

When does it open?

Soon — no specific date yet. Join the waitlist to be among the first to know and get early access.

Does it work offline?

Not in the MVP. Capturing a bookmark requires fetching the URL and AI processing — that requires a connection. Reading already-saved bookmarks may become available offline in the roadmap.

How do you handle privacy of my list?

Each bookmark is isolated per user in the database (Row Level Security). Your content is never shared with other users or exposed publicly without your explicit opt-in.
